SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES

Important

Our standard shipping method for most game tables is freight (LTL), while our standard shipping for most accessories and parts is ground shipping (UPS/FedEx). The processes for freight delivery are very different than that those of UPS and FedEx. Please see below for details of freight delivery.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail to discuss your options (see Backorder Policy below).  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5-7 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@mancavegamez.com.

Shipping Information

By ordering from Man Cave Gamez and selecting any of the delivery methods below, you are acknowledging that the product(s) is/are able to fit through your doorways. If the product arrives and is too large to maneuver through the doorways and/or the the room of your choice, any fees associated with the dismantling/reassembling or returning the product would be be your responsibility. Lead time and delivery times vary by manufacturer, and we will do our very best to keep you informed through the process. Any lead times listed are just estimates and therefore not a guarantee.    

Most large items and game room tables (including but not limited to billiards, shuffleboards, table tennis, foosball, dome hockey, and poker tables) ship freight. You will need to be at the delivery address when the driver arrives to accept the package and inspect it for damages. 

Free Curbside Delivery: $0 (for a limited time)

We are currently offering free curbside delivery on most freight orders. The curbside shipping method will ensure your package will be delivered to the curb of your residence or business. 

  • The driver will place the shipment securely on your location's curb and will not inspect or remove packaging on your behalf.
  • Merchandise cannot be delivered without a signature.

The shipping company will call you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment for residential locations. However, for commercial locations, it is possible that the carrier would not call ahead and just deliver during regular business hours. It is very important for you to there at the appointed time, as you will be responsible for any costs associated with a delivery being missed because you were not present to accept the delivery. For this delivery method, we encourage you to have at least one other person there with you so you can get product to your desired location in the residence or business.  

Threshold Delivery:  $199

Threshold Delivery consists of a delivery to the threshold of your home or business. The threshold is considered the first dry area (garage/covered patio), this is not inside delivery. 

  • The product will be kept in its original packaging and there will be no assembly provided with this service.
  • It is not the driver's responsibility to bring the freight inside your house. Drivers do not assist with unpacking or with set-up. 
  • It is the your responsibility to inspect the packaging and product prior to the driver departing.
  • If the packaging or merchandise appear to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the delivery paperwork and refuse the shipment.
  • Merchandise cannot be delivered without a signature.

The shipping company will call you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment during regular business hours. It is very important for you to there at the appointed time as you will be responsible for any costs associated with a delivery being missed because you were not present to accept the delivery.

Room of Choice Delivery: $295

This delivery choice takes the hassle out of moving the product to the room you want. The delivery is made inside your residence to the room of your choice (includes carrying the product up two (2) flights of stairs from the threshold).  

  • The product will be kept in its original packaging, and there is no assembly provided with this service.
  • The shipping company will call you in advance to schedule the delivery appointment window, and you must be home to the receive the delivery.
  • Man Cave Gamez recommends that you use at least this level of service if you are ordering several pieces, or large items such as billiards tables that may be difficult to move. 
  • The carrier is not responsible for connecting electrical components that may be placed on or inside the item. 
  • If your order will need to be carried up more than 25 steps, please contact us at support@mancavegamez.com.

Upon delivery, please inspect your item(s) and note any apparent damages of the item(s) and the packaging on the Proof of Delivery receipt you will be asked to sign.

White Glove - Package Removal: $375

Choosing this delivery choice lets you sit back and relax while your item(s) is(are) placed inside your room of choice (includes carrying the product up two (2) flights of stairs from the threshold). 

  • Please note that assembly is not included in this service, however the carrier will unpack the item(s) and remove the packaging for you.
  • The shipping company will call you in advance to schedule the delivery appointment window, and you must be home to the receive the delivery.
  • The carrier is not responsible for connecting electrical components that may be placed on or inside the item. 
  • If your order will need to to be carried up more that 25 steps, please contact us at support@mancavegamez.com.

White Glove - Light Assembly: $549

This delivery method is the highest level of home assembly service. 

  • Delivery inside your residence to the room of your choice (includes carrying the item(s) up two (2) flights of stairs from your threshold).
  • The carrier will unpack the product and remove the packaging for you.
  • The carrier will provide 30 minutes of light setup that requires basic tools (e.g. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set next to each other, or on top of each other). 
  • If the delivery address is difficult to access, if there is more than one flight of stairs, or if another obstacle presents itself, additional charges may apply.

Scheduling the Delivery Date

As soon as you place your order, we'll send you an order-confirmation e-mail. It is your responsibility to review that e-mail and make sure everything is correct. We recommend checking for accuracy of the item(s) ordered, billing, shipping, delivery, and contact information. 

Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with all relevant tracking information. 

The freight carrier will then contact you via the phone number you provided at the time of your purchase to schedule a desired delivery date and time window. 

Additional charges may apply if your order is considered a "distance shipment" or if the delivery location is determined to be inaccessible or difficult to access for the large freight truck. We recommend you discuss any foreseen obstacles with the freight company ahead of delivery.

We pride ourselves on our customer service. Should an issue arise, we will do our best to help you resolve it. Please note that any delays or mishaps during the shipping progress are outside of the control of Man Cave Gamez, but we will do our very best to help resolve the issue and communicate any discussions we have with the carrier.  

ALWAYS  INSPECT PACKAGING AND ITEMS UPON DELIVERY

DAMAGES and RETURNS POLICY

Do not sign for delivery until you have given a thorough visual inspection of the package. If the box has holes or tears, take a photo and note it on the bill when you sign. 

The driver MUST note any damage on the "bill of lading" before you sign for it. Otherwise, there is no proof that the damage occurred during shipping and the freight company is released from all responsibility. Here's what to do to protect yourself

Inspect the Exterior of Your Delivery

Make sure the boxes in your delivery are complete and undamaged… If the delivery receipt says you should have received 3 boxes, make sure all 3 are free of holes, tears, or other trauma that could have damaged the items inside.

If the boxes in your order arrive damaged or incomplete, follow these exact instructions:

  • REFUSE DELIVERY. Do not sign delivery receipt.
  • Note the missing items and/or the damage on the delivery receipt.
  • Take pictures of the box as proof of damage.
  • Send the pictures to support@mancavegamez.com. We will launch an insurance investigation and work with the supplier to issue a replacement.
  • Note: If delivery is refused for any reason other than damage, you will be liable for all true freight costs (to and from the delivery address) and a 30% restocking fee.

If the box/package looks OK but you feel the item within may be damaged: 

  • ACCEPT DELIVERY. Sign delivery receipt but write "possible concealed damage" in the margins.
  • Inspect your item during the unpacking process.
  • If it is indeed damaged, take pictures of the box and the item itself. (Insurance/manufacturers WILL NOT consider a refund if you don't submit photos of both the box and the product).
  • Do not dispose of the damaged item until the manufacturer or Man Cave Gamez provides further instructions.
  • DO NOT THROW THE BOX AWAY(The original box and packaging must be returned in order to process a refund or a replacement order).
  • Report damage with photos to support@mancavegamez.com within five calendar days of delivery. 

Please note: If damage is minor, we may opt to send you a replacement part instead of issuing a refund.

THE ORIGINAL BOX AND PACKAGING MUST BE INCLUDED IN ORDER TO PROCESS A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Be sure that the item(s) you return are professionally packaged and fully insured against damage or loss. We will not issue refunds or credits on any item that is returned with damages inconsistent with the pictures provided or on any item lost in transit.

Also for peace of mind, most of our products are backed by a manufacturer's warranty. If your item has an inherent defect (rather than damage during shipping), please contact the manufacturer as instructed in the paperwork that came with the product. Insurance on the Shipment

When you purchase from Man Cave Gamez, your order is automatically covered under our shipping insurance. This means that if your purchase is damaged while in the care of the shipping company – and you follow our "Damages" policy above, the supplier may provide a replacement or refund at no charge to you.

If you sign the delivery receipt for the item without noting any damage, you forfeit your shipping insurance. The manufacturer will no longer grant any refund or replacement.

As is common practice with all U.S. shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc), you must hold onto the damaged item for the duration of the claim. If you dispose of the item before we or the manufacturer provide further instructions, you waive your right to shipping-insurance protection.

We will work to expedite the insurance claim process to the best of our ability. Once the claim is fully processed, you will receive a refund in the amount reimbursed by the shipping company (after deducting two-way shipping charges). If the shipping company denies the insurance claim, we will be unable to issue a refund.

Cancellations and Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. As such, we are happy to cancel or adjust any order before it ships or enters production at no cost to you**. We ask that you please read our policy below for all cancellation and return scenarios.

  1. You cancel your custom order BEFORE it goes into production: If you order an item that allows for customization or requires a custom build, you can cancel for a full refund any time before the item goes into production. (We urge you to contact us immediately for cancellation as your order could go into production at any time). You incur no penalty if you cancel before the item goes into production.
  2. You cancel your custom order AFTER it goes into production: Once production on a custom item begins, WE CANNOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS OR ALTERATIONS. Keep in mind, most pool tables are considered to be custom items as they are built on demand. It’s essential that you confirm all order details (size, color, dimensions, etc) before placing your order and once you receive your order confirmation e-mail.
  3. You cancel your standard order BEFORE the order has shipped: If you order an as-is product (meaning no customization needed), you can cancel for a full refund any time before the order is processed. (We urge you to contact us immediately for cancellation as your order could ship at any time.) You incur no penalty if you cancel before the order is processed. Otherwise, a cancellation fee may be applied to your refund.
  4. You cancel your standard order AFTER it has shipped: If you request to cancel your standard order after it has shipped, you will receive a full refund for the price of your order (minus actual two-way shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee) once the warehouse confirms receipt of your returned item. We will attempt to reverse delivery on our end but please refuse delivery if necessary.
  5. You received the item, but it's not working correctly or is missing parts: If the item isn't working correctly, and it does not appear to have been damaged during shipping, file a warranty claim with the manufacturer directly. There should be paperwork inside the original box advising you how to do this. The manufacturer – not Man Cave Gamez – is responsible for any defects or deficiencies with its products.
  6. You received an item that appears to have been damaged during shipping: It is imperative that you inspect your delivery thoroughly PRIOR to signing off on the delivery receipt. If the product is damaged beyond repair, REFUSE delivery, write “refused due to damage” on the receipt, and contact us immediately so we are aware of a return shipment. (Please take photos of the damage). If the product can be fixed with replacement parts, ACCEPT delivery and send Man Cave Gamez photos of the damage within 5 days.
  7. You've received the product but you've decided you want to return it: If you receive an item, it is in good condition, but you decide to return it, you can do so only if all of the following requirements are met:
    1. The item must be unopened, unused, and still in the original packaging.
    2. You must contact us to notify us that you'd like to return the item within 15 calendar days of delivery.
    3. You must contact us to get an RMA Number and return instructions prior to returning the item.

If you return an item without all three of the above requirements being met, the item will be refused and come back to you and no refund will be issued. If you meet all three of the above requirements, your refund will be issued in one of the following manners (which we will discuss with you):

  • We can refund the amount you originally paid (less our actual cost for shipping and handling) as a store credit, OR
  • We can issue a refund for the amount you originally paid LESS a 30% restocking fee and our actual cost for shipping and handling both ways.
  • If you physically cannot accept a curbside delivery and refuse the item: The shipping carrier will return it to us. You will be issued a refund MINUS actual two-way cost shipping and a 30% restocking fee. You can reschedule delivery for a more convenient time or for when you have enough people to help you unload your item from the freight truck. You will be liable for the actual cost of the shipment and any penalty costs the freight line assigns.

**If you confirm your order or request to cancel your order after 24 hours, a non-refundable 5% fee will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Delays and Storage Fee Policy

We strongly encourage you to not delay delivery of any order placed through Man Cave Gamez. If you need to schedule an exact delivery date, coordinate with us before your order ships. Otherwise, you may be responsible for returning the item to the manufacturer. You may also be charged 3-5 days of storage fees. 

If You Refuse/Are Not Available for Delivery

  • The carrier returns your custom-built/custom-designed merchandise to the manufacturer. The manufacturer may not accept return of these custom items. You will be responsible for the full cost of the item, including any third party and shipping fees.
  • The shipping company stores the merchandise on premises until rescheduled delivery. You agree to pay any storage and extra shipping fees in full prior to the rescheduled delivery of your order.
  • The shipping company stores the merchandise on premise and ultimately returns to the manufacturer. You will be issued a refund MINUS all storage fees, actual two-way shipping costs, and a 30% restocking fee. 

If the Shipping Delay Is Caused by the Shipping Company Itself

  • All freight delivery dates and times are estimates. Delays with your scheduled delivery are possible due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. You are not financially responsible for delivery delays beyond your or our control. You do, however, agree to allow the carrier to rectify the issue. These delays are not grounds for cancellation.

Also please note: While extremely rare, freight companies may lose or misplace your item. You will not be responsible for this loss, as long as you allow the freight company to rectify the issue. We will help expedite a resolution to the best of our ability.

Color of the Item Policy

At Man Cave Gamez, we make every effort to accurately depict a product's color on our website. But what you see on your screen may differ slightly from the physical product you receive due to variances in your screen's settings and resolution.

You agree to purchase the item based on appearance as shown and described.

Returns are not allowed based on color or buyer's remorse.
